Ordering, Payments & Policies

How ordering works

Choose a product size, flavor and optional toppings, then build a cart. Until the bakery activates secure checkout, the cart lets you send an email inquiry only. A saved favorite or a cart item is not a confirmed order.

The bakery must verify availability, requested timing and any special instructions. Large quantities and custom orders should be arranged by email before payment.

Payments

This website does not collect payment card details. When checkout is activated, a secure Stripe-hosted payment page displays the item prices and any configured tax or fulfillment fees before you pay. Stripe handles card payment information. Do not send card numbers by email.

If online checkout is unavailable, you can email your cart to request an order quote.

Pickup, delivery and shipping

Coffee and coffee specialties are pickup-only. Gelato is never shipped and may be ordered only for pickup or approved local delivery. Other perishable desserts and some cakes are not offered for shipping. When activated by the bakery owner, local delivery will be limited to designated ZIP codes, and shipping to approved US destinations and appropriately packaged products only. Pickup location, preparation time, delivery ZIPs, and shipping charges are set by the bakery and displayed or confirmed before payment. Contact the bakery to confirm service availability before placing a time-sensitive order.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Policy approval pending: The bakery owner has not yet provided a finalized cancellation deadline, refund conditions, or contact timeframe. Online payment checkout must remain disabled until the owner replaces this paragraph with their actual, clearly published terms and confirms they comply with applicable law.

For now, ask the bakery for written order-specific terms before paying through any separately shared payment link. This notice does not limit rights under applicable law.

Ingredients and allergens

Bakery and coffee products can contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat/gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and other allergens. Ingredient and cross-contact information has not been independently verified for every item. Please contact the bakery about allergies or dietary needs before purchasing.
